I doubt they can or will not at this point. Cowher ain't Coaching right now. But I'm sure he will be in madden 12 since he will be coaching next year with some team for sure. Cowher has already said he wanted to Coach again. So expect him to be madden 12. -

i just simmed this year and wanted cowher as my head coach for the following season. Im a texan fan so i wanted the satisfaction of firing kubiack and starting fresh with a 3-4 defense.
so i guess not even it the virtual reality world will the texans get cowher lol

Yea the sad part about madden is that if there is a good coach is out on the FA market for that season then that coach does not get put into the game most of the time. Bill Cowher ain't coached since 96. That is the main reason he ain't in madden 11 right now.Comment

Uhh, Bill Cowher coached the Steelers to a S'Bowl win in 05. If you just create him as a player and make him the oldest it goes, a P, a 12 ovr, but with the skills so he retires with +4 bonuses then, he should retire. Then he'll be a coach in the pool in like the 2nd offseason.Illinois Fighting Illini

P.S. He did coach the Steelers in 95. But won the SB in 96. So we both are correct on this one.

if you post something you should at least read what you post...Cowher, a former Pittsburgh Steelers coach, and his wife, Kaye, moved to Raleigh, N.C., during his final season with the Steelers in 2006 and watched their three daughters grow up. Cowher became a studio analyst for CBS Sports and took piano lessons.

I've always wondered why we can't edit coaches in Madden. Or in NCAA all coaches start with a 0-0 record and are nameless.
Never understood why I can edit players ratings and equipment, yet cannot even edit a coaches name in MaddenComment
