Wow, that QBA setting is a drastic shift from what I'm using. I'm interested to try these sliders out but considering I find the default settings on All-American to be fine I'm not sure what to think. Willing to give it a shot though. I use sliders in NHL and Madden and that improves those games by quite a bit. So I'm open to it.NHL, Madden, The Show, and a big Minnesota sports fan.Comment

I created Matt Seracen ( 72 ovr), Smash Williams(79 ovr) and Tim Riggins (77 ovr), made them Freshman on North Texas and named Coach Eric Taylor the head coach.
My dynasty has been dubbed Saturday Night Lights
Vince Howard , Luke Cafferty and JD McCoy will all be heavily recruited as they finish their Dillon Panther careersComment

I always pick a BCS school. This is the first year I've started with a good program in Michigan because the recruiting option is great (I use Heisman recruiting). It keeps the team from being too good.
I like the custom sounds and sliders but one thing I've had a lot of fun with is running the spread. It's flawed in the game but it's a nice change of pace from the traditional ACE sets I use.Comment

Re: Need Some Inspiration? Ideas for NCAA Football 11 Dynasties...
Me and a friend are taking a couple 2* Non BCS schools (Toledo & Ohio) building them up to a consistant 4* and within that time hopefully seeing the landscape change and taking over some BCS 3* schools and building them into contenders.
Also with some extra GT's knocking Boise and TCU down a few prestige stars. Them being 5* programs is something we both disagree with, they just shouldn't be able to pull recruits like the Nebraska's and Michigan's. Silly EA.
Custom Heisman sliders on there too, some rough games and somehow we still pull semi-ridiculous upsets from time to time. They're good say 90% of the time.GT: TheHippySteveComment

Re: Need Some Inspiration? Ideas for NCAA Football 11 Dynasties...
Threshold: 65 (Limits big plays, we think the low thresholds are a little silly. We just feel it better represents the games you see on Saturdays and Sundays.)
Quarter Length: 10 or 9 minutes (Your preference, we do 10)
We also turn on conservative ball carrying and catching
QB Accuracy: 20/30
Pass Blocking: 75/80
WR Catching: 60/60
RB Ability: 50/45
Run Blocking: 70/60
Pass Coverage: 65/90
Pass Rush: 55/40
Interceptions: 10/10
Rush Defense: 60/90
Tackling: 60/55
Kicking sucks just because of EA, CPU regularly attempts 55+ yarders. So it gets adjusted around year 3 when generated kickers come into play heavily.
We get pretty realistic stats for us that seem to resemble what you'd see in an actual box score. We wonder how good we really are too so comparisons of your stats VS ours would be fun.GT: TheHippySteveComment
