Re: Player's Weight in NCAA 11

I would love to be able to decide in the offseason what type of workouts my players would perform. And not just WR's, RB's, I'm talking about individual players.

It would help with getting players big enough for the NFL and in position transfers.

Like say you recruit a moderately quick DE with good lower leg strength, he's 6'2 260 and you move him to DT and in his senior year he's NFL bound at 310.

It could also help differentiate coaching philosophies and the importance of strength and conditioning coaches.

Take the Jaguars for example, for a period of time (I think around '06-'08) they focused on having everyone gain as much raw strength as possible, everyone was to get as big as they could. They used heavy weights and got slower and many players suffered from joint and tendon injuries.

They got Luke Richesson in 2009 and he completely changed the teams workout style. It was more about power and strength they could use, not just how much weight they could bench, squat or curl.

These things should be in Madden and NCAA.
