I haven't seen one other than when you attempt a charge. Has anyone seen this happen for just excessive contact?

As far as I know, perimeter bumping fouls are not actually programmed into the game.

The excessive perimeter contact is the game's first line of defense - a majority of driving possessions should be called for bumping fouls, but they're not. Also, a majority of perimeter players should be able to dribble through the contact - they do that ingame sometimes, but the animations that portray that don't occur often enough in my opinion.

Edit: ENiGMA724, if the foul occured as Wade shot a 3, wouldn't that just register in the game as a shooting foul?

That would be a shooting foul.

speaking of rare calls, i just saw a foul on a defender barreling through a person setting a screen on my set shooter as I released the ball... sweet.
