The most passing yards in a season i ever had was 3343 in madden 07. With Donovan Mcnabb.

Low of 3387, high of 4533 with Jay Cutler in 8 seasons of M10.

Low of 3415, high of 4708 with Cutler in 4th season of M11. I use custom sliders for both and offense/defense gameplans for cpu teams in M11.

most i got was 5284 with Favre, Moss, Rice, and Harvin. Man we coulda been so great this year :/

I had 4931 with Matt Schaub, Andre Johnson and Steve Johnson.

back on Madden 03 I had 5360 w/ Culpepper and the Vikings. This past season I had my all time low of 2877 with my created QB on the Browns. darn getting older and playing on higher slider settings

In Madden 10, there was one season where I played about 10 games on All-Pro with custom sliders, and simmed the other 6 games. I had ~4800 yards with a combination of Trent Edwards, Josh Johnson, and Stephen McGee. 4300 of which was from Edwards (he got hurt towards the end of the year).

I'm willing to bet that nobody on here had a combo like that, lol

try playmakers sliders, i guarantee you wont throw for more than 35td's

I tried all the sliders here...none of them made the game play any better, the problem is that the defense is dumb, and shows the blitz instead of hiding it so you can see the press man to man and safety blitz...it got so boring that I gave my madden game to my nephew. Don't get me wrong, last week a few weeks ago I made adjustments to M10 tried to update the rosters the best I could, and still threw for a ton of yards in every game, and was still smashing the cpu...Once you know the faults of the AI, and the fact that all the teams play the same no matter whether in the top 5 or not, then you can pretty much abuse the game every time.

have you tried coaching schemes ?

what im using is playmakers sliders, 9min qtrs, and coaching schemes (Franchise mode)

it's not REALLY challenging , i mean i finished 15-1 in my 3rd season and won the superbowl , but im not throwing record breaking numbers each year (havent cracked the record books for any passing records)

do you choose 'ask madden' for every play, offensively and defensively?

i just dont undersand how someone can be that good in the passing game on m11 , haha .

what you do is control all 32 teams in franchise mode, then set every team except your desired one to 'auto' everything ... then go into their coaching settings and change it up .. teams play relatively realistic to real life , and games are somewhat challenging .

I just sim 5-8 games a year to make it more fun/realistic. I'd rather not go 15-1 every year with an average football team.
