It's more of a team built by utilizing players from different era's that way you don't have some dude who played in the 60's being listed as a Fr or Soph on the roster. It allows me to keep the younger players within a reasonable overall rating 70's-80's and make you develope them into higher rated players as you go through DYNASTY MODE

So in this case Rathman is the Sr FB and Schlesinger is a Jr behind him on the depth chart.....unfortunatley i couldn't get Makovicka and Alexander on the file do to roster space..............
