A couple a users are getting upset that the roster file is taking a while to be posted on the fourms. So I'm gonna to try and do this weekly for PS3 users only. [US Only]

Details - I sure this is not a Week 16 update, can't find any details if this is a Week 16 update or not. I can't find any increases or decreases but its a update nevertheless.
