anyone ? i mean i think avery johnson is a very good coach but in the game he hasnt got good stats. should i fire him ? if a get a coach with more A's i ll notice an improvement in stats etc ?

I don't think the game explains this so I'm just guessing here. I believe the offense and defense grades give every player on the team a boost in awareness depending on how good the grade is. The teacher grade probably has an affect on the progression of your young players and their improvement. The potential grade may determine if your coach improves in those other 3 areas.
