    practice days-assosiation mode

how often do u set up practice days in association mode guys ? and whats ur criteria ?
also do u choose light-medium-heavy and why ?

i set up practice days only if i have two days off between matches and it goes like this
    match day-practice day-day off- match

so they can have time to rest. and i put it in a medium level

Since I have progressive fatigue off because I suck. I do 3 practices all heavy before games. Usually it's Rebounds, Shootaround, and Defense.

ok you 're not helping that much because you 're not that realistic but since you have it off you should do more training days!

Umm... I've done about 5 practices in 17 matches. My usual criteria is that I only do a practice if theres a two game or larger break, and so that my players will stay fresh throughout the season. I usually do light practices, becuase if you keep using medium or heavy and upgrading players, your team becomes to unrealistic for my liking.

I only schedule a practice if I have two off days before the next game. In that case, I usually schedule a medium team practice two days before the game. Like this:

          Game-Practice-Off Day-Game

I usually do a shoot-around or if I'm playing a big team like the Lakers, Rockets, or Magic, I go with rebounding.

            This is the best advice.

I never do practices. Personal preference for above mentioned reasons.
