There will be a limit of two teams for any given playbook on either side of the ball. The lone exception will be that teams who wish to use the generic playbooks may do so without restrictions.
All non-default selections will be marked "secondary bid". This is not a first come, first served thing; all secondary bids will be raffled and awarded randomly. Those who lose out will have to choose anotehr book.
