We are monitoring and fixing issues in this thread.
Thanks for your patience.
The upgrade is complete, but you've probably noticed the forums are only showing posts up to about April 8. Posts made after that are still in the process of being moved over, and that should take another week or two. Feel free to start a new thread.
The site might feel a little slow while work continues. Engineers are staying on it through the night to get things moving faster again. Thanks for your patience.
the opponent is barely scoring enough points to make it a competition...im keeping teams under 65 points a game on 12 minute quarter...including the lakers so im not sure what's going on there...my defense isnt bad but it's not THAT good
i know by bumping up to hall of fame...it's going to make my teammates significantly dumber and the opponent's cpu automatic but i seriously need the challenge...im already averaging a triple double per game for the season with my 6'3'' PG and our record stands alone in the league at 35-0
im playing on all star with my own sliders and having a blast. cpu plays good and fair for the most part. just started my franchise with the lakers and im 5-2.
"on hoping there is a PSN flash sale before Valentine's Day"
Man there are no flashers... now what are we going to do for vd
I'm sure there's plenty of prostitutes you could pay if you really want vd.
yea but will they take psn cards
Depends on what area of a hooker you would use to redeem them.
OP, I play on Pro also. I adjusted the Gamespeed to 40, which allowed for better defense and the ability to block shots easier. Even this slight change will make the game easier, so I adjusted the CPU settings where it lists:
Inside shot success
Outside shot success
Miidrange success
etc., etc. All to 53 down the list except for Pass Accuracy(52) and Alley-oop success
This makes the game challenging without it becoming frustrating. Also turning off the passing icons and memorizing which button relates to each player adds to the real life feel of the game.
I've heard mixed reviews on how All Star plays and I'm not one who likes to have to play perfect to have fun. If 2 or 3 mistakes leads to a 15 point blow out, that's not fun to me lol.
I used to hate all star cause I felt the computer was just cheating me all the time, but then I used the dynasty roster and yellz sliders and All star is defiantly the way to go. I had to tweak yellz sliders slightly because it was really hard to win with a team like the wizards who are rated 80 in my association. I have some games where I blow the cpu out and other games where it goes down to the wire. For my tweaks i lowered the cpu shot success to 49 for mid range and 3 pt and reduced clutch factor for 15. This stops the computer from hitting contested jumpers so much unless they are a star player.
I play on superstar and have really competitive games and since the patch I have left clutch factor on and at 35. I have not tried hall of fame yet but as long as i am losing on a realistic pace I won't move up.
