    I'm not really sure. The channel I was watching, the commentator said that because Penn had his arms straight up and wasn't actually grabbing him or anything that either it isn't a penalty or that refs just tend to let it go. I'm not sure which.

      Not to mention the number of times Orakpo looked like he was getting choked, but whatever. Orakpo needs somebody to help him from the other side, but even doing it by himself he's a damn beast. I hope they keep him his whole career. He reminds me of a young LaVar, probably even better.

        Orakpo needs to learn how to sell the hold..fall down or something, he needs a new move..it's almost the end of the season, and he's still not getting the call.. outside of the dallas game and a few others, he's not getting it.

        please don't compare him to Lavar...I have bones to pick with Lavar, dude should've been way better then he was..Was it the coaches? i don't know
