No consequences for quitters online?

Im tired of all these quitters online its ridiculous! What the heck is the use of affecting peoples profile negativity when they quit, when you just play random people online and you cant see there quitting percentage or record? Is 2k doing anything about these quitters and pullers!

totally agree i remember in 2k8 they used to have your record before the game starts to see if your playing a quitter or winner and what not but i guess they took it out since if you seen someone with a 85% quit then you wouldnt play them therefore alot of newbs would complain that no one will play them online.

Now online is just a "hey i feel like playing someone" type thing instead of a "let me climb the ranks and improve my record" type thing you get it?also if you remember there were the occasional top 100 players that you would play and people would back out since those players had a lag glitch so they couldnt lose.anyways i know how it feels theres really no sense of achievement playing online anymore atleast in 2k8 you could get the symbols underneath your player to show how good you were but now,theres nothing to really achieve.

For every one great game I play online I play 5 terrible games. Its either quitters,bad connection, cheesers, or all of the above.

Ill still continue to play here and there but I'll just never expect a fun experience.

For every one great game I play online I play 5 terrible games. Its either quitters,bad connection, cheesers, or all of the above.

Ill still continue to play here and there but I'll just never expect a fun experience.

Not to mention when you try to run plays they have a way of just stopping for no reason.

I used to play online ranked more than offline a few years back when they had ranked lobbys where you could see your opponents W-L and quits. I will never understand why they changed the format to the current way it is. The only benefit I could see out of it is some unfortunate few not being able to set or fix matches. I would much rather deal with that though than constantly play quiters and cheaters.

If they brought back lobbies, there would be too many people ducking players with good records.

I was ranked somewhat highly in my prime, top 500. Theres always someone willing to take a shot at you.

What annoys me is i might be having a great game with a player and then not be able to look at his stats because the opponent quit. Simply solved by allowing us just to finish the game against the cpu, as madden does.

I hate to say the but they should do it like Madden 11, where you can filter by disconnect percentage, skill level etc, or they can do this behind the scenes, like when you go to quick ranked match, it automatically filters by disconnection percentage and skill level.

just find a nice little group of people you know well play straight up and not quit and its fun
