Yes, that's the boat I'm in. Which is why I posted those guidelines. I had to check the teams and their player's tendencies and then tailor the coach profiles to the player's strengths.
If you start a new Assoc (or are still in year 1 or 2, with all the same coaches) you would follow Wil2da's #'s.
But everytime a coaching change happens, you would need to check to make sure they fall in the ranges I posted.
However, coaches are recycled. Almost all the "new" coaches are haunted by the ghost of a current NBA coach. They may well carry their profiles (even the edited ones) with them.
