Cameron Newton declared for the NFL draft. We are building a NCAA powerhouse that plans on winning many, many more National Championships whilst breaking many, many records.

Canned it. Boring winning at will.

Starting again tonight with a low ranked school and rebuilding.

Yea, it gets pretty boring when you use a powerhouse. That's why i like using a middle of the road team.

          2nd year UM (Hurricanes)

Begining our 2nd season this weekend. Coming off a BCS defeat at the hands of Alabama. I had a top notch class and expect to challenge for a title again.

2nd year - Marshall - currently 10-0 ranked 9th in the country (BCS and Media Poll) after finding some diamond 3 star recruits as well as a 2 star OLB who is a terror in the pass rush department. Willie Korn has floruished as the starter, Antavious Wilson is having a first team all american season and Martin Ward at Rb was having a career year until a broken Shoulder blade derailed his season in week 8. Andre Booker has taken over and has been very solid. Aaron Dobson is also a star in the making at WR.

I play on SN's All American Sliders. And after being away from the game the past month I am so glad to be back. Really amazing football title and the best in 6 years.

Yeah, my TeamBuilder dynasty got boring in S9 when I had the #1 recruiting class, was ranked #1 in both polls and had the 2-time Heisman winner as my starting QB. Winning games 100-0 gets old fast. Fortunately I have my old saves so I've gone back to year 1 when I was a little 1* Sun Belt school. We'll see if I can beat Army this time.

I am in year 3 of 6 with Nebraska. Won the Big Ten and the NC, went 13-0. Got a very young team especially on defense. The good thing is they are quick!

People can play however they want. Just because they don't play your way doesn't make it wrong or unrealistic. I know for a fact that a lot of these guys play for realism.

                      Dynasty Year 2022

Im with Clemson now after building a powerhouse with ND and getting bored by smashing everyone i took this job at Clemson and im feeling it.

My overall record at ND was astonishing with 6 national titles in 10 years.

I played every game on heisman default by the way so thats a lot of games (163 to be exact) lol.

But the road is rough here at Clemson.

9-4 last year and i won some no named bowl like the tire bowl or something.

Currently this year im sitting at 5-3 with losses to bc, wf & gt all 3 games i shouldve won.

Last game was against Duke were the dreaded robo QB snuck his head out and burned me for 23-26 354 yds 5 tds 0 ints

I managed to pull it out 34-33 but man its a struggle.

My qb has a good rating but has horrible stats due to the long jumping dl's and lb's tipping the ball to themselves and picking it off yeah its my fault lol. His stats are 108 rating 1893 yds 11 td 22ints 78 rush 340 yds 5 td

When i got here the problem was i didnt have any speed and without speed your a dead man.

So im gradually trying to get some speed in here to combat the speed boosts the cpu gets.

Hopefully i do so before i get fired!

                        Re: NCAA11 Off-Line Dynasty Progress

Just had one of my most heartbreaking losses yet. I've never finished a season unbeaten, and I'm trying to get CMU into the Big 10. I scheduled 3 nonconference Big 10 school in hopes of knocking one of them out, and for my 4th I schedule preseason #1 LSU on the road.

I take care of business all the way up to the LSU game, climbing to #16 in the polls. Amazingly, I go into halftime with a 17-14 lead. I'm a B- school with a C defense, LSU is A at everything. I get the ball to open the 3rd and kick a FG for a 20-14 lead. LSU then methodically drives down inside my 5 and the Chippewa defense makes a goal line stand, holding the Tigers to a FG. 20-17 now going to the 4th.

First play of the 4th quarter I throw a pick with my backup QB (RS freshman, 73 overall) that is returned for a TD. Trailing now 24-20 and all the will is sucked out of me, like I knew eventually it would happen and was just waiting for it. The safety tipped the pass intended for my TE and it deflected right to himself for an easy score. Ugh. I get the ball back and my offense becomes completely inept, I punt after a 3 and out. They storm down the field and score another TD, it's now 31-20 LSU.

I take a deep breath a focus, there's still 4 minutes left so I know it's not over. My offense regroups and we manage to get into the end zone with 2:20 left, 2 point conversion no good, 31-26 LSU. I still have all 3 timeouts so I kickoff. After a run up the middle, and a defensive timeout by CMU, LSU decides to try a pass and I pick it off for my first INT of the game. Suddenly, with 2 minutes left and 2 TO's still, inside LSU's 40 yard line I have a chance. It doesn't go well, I'm stuck with a 4th and 11, I go 5 wide and throw a pass to a covered but slightly open slot receiver and he makes the catch! and then drops it. turnover on downs.

One TO left, 1:43 on the clock. LSU runs up the middle, stuffed. 2nd down same thing. 3rd and 7 they throw for a 6 yard gain and let the clock run. LSU punts on 4th and I faircatch at my own 18 with 10 seconds on the clock. I throw a quick out that's incomplete but there's a defensive pass interference call (which I've never seen before) with 6 seconds left. From my own 30 I throw a deep pass to the outside, CAUGHT by my WR with 1 second on the clock AND he got out of bounds. 40 yards away, 1 play left for a hail mary. I notice the slot receiver to the left is uncovered streaking down the field, make the throw, and it's a bad pass out of the endzone, game over

                          Re: NCAA11 Off-Line Dynasty Progress

I just dusted this game off again. I decided to delete the patches but keep the tuners (better recruits and in-season progression). I'm using Playmakers Varsity slider which I feel the slider and level allow for the best game play. Playing with Nebraska.

                          Year 1:
Record 8-5; Big 12 title; and Fiesta Bowl champ.

It was a hard year. I lost Prince Amukamara in the 3rd game of the season for the year. When that happened my D took a huge hit. Taylor Martinez and Roy Helu Jr both had big years. Both rushed for over 1,000 yards (TM had 1,367yds & Helu had 1,478yds). Martinez accounted for 23 TD's on the season (13 rushing, 10 passing) and was named Freshman AA. I beat the Oklahoma for the Big-12 title on a 37yd field goal with .01 left on the clock (31-28). I faced Wisconsin in the Fiesta Bowl. It was a close game for 3 quarters. They were playing without Tolzien but that didn't matter because John Clay was running all over me. He had 200yds+ through 3 quarters but got injured. I was able to pull away in the 4th with a long TD drive and a forced turnover in side the red zone. I was able to get a FG and go up 31-21, which was the finial.
                          Recruiting was not very fruitful. I landed the 87th best class with only 14 players (5*= 0, 4*= 3, 3*= 9, 2*= 2, 1*= 0). The best was Chris Evans, a 6'5" 267lb ATH that I made a DT/DE. I hope the 2012 class will be better.

                          Outlook for 2011-2012 season:
I have a lot of good players coming back. Martinez is a Heisman hopeful and pre-season 1st team AA. The D returns 9 starters and looks to improve under a new D coordinator who runs a Multiple-D package. On the other side of the ball thee are many questions. With 6 new starters the offense needs players to step-up. Kyler Reed moves from TE to WR to add depth at a thin position. The O-line returns both tackles and the center but will have to replace both guards. Andrew Rodriguez, who played a lot last season should be able to step in a play well. With a pre-season ranking of 12th the expectations are high in Lincoln and anything less then a top 10 finish and BCS bowl will be a let down.
Relax, it's just a video game!

Just did some major roster editing, plan on start a dynasty with a powerhouse team. It has been a while since I picked this game back up, been busy with NBA 2k and COD.

I also have just picked this back up and am using fistofrage's All-American sliders. I'm rolling with Southern Methodist University (just watched "Pony Excess" on ESPN's 30 for 30!) and it's a lot of fun. We're sitting at 5-2, 4-0 in C-USA and just trying to achieve our goal from the start of the season to win the Liberty Bowl.

I like these sliders game-wise (two of my wins have been nailbiters, I could easily be 3-4) but recruiting in the state of Texas is just too easy I think. I may have to take over a Mountain West school or something like that for a real challenge. For some reason I like playing with the non-AQ schools!

I also adjusted the conferences for further realignment so the real Big 10 schools are playing in the game's ACC, the real Big 12 schools are in the game's Pac-10, and the real (soon to be) Pac-12 schools are in the game's Big 12. So if SMU gets a conference invite to the Big 12, it'll be to play against the USC's and Stanford's for a bid in the Rose Bowl. Could be interesting!
