When asking questions like this please say what console you have. If you have a PS3 then I am wasting my time posting.
Go into memory and hard drive on your 360 and clear the cache. Put a usb stick in go to it on your dash and format it.
Download Xtaf.

Download title update #4

Open your Usb in Xtaf and drag and drop the patch into the cache.
Put it in your 360 go to your USB and click transfer content. Nothing will happen but you will have up to patch #4.
