I don't usually mess with this myself but it should say "run" on one end and "pass" on the other, move the slider to the side you want more of. I can't say how much...you'll have to experiment. Then again if you are calling the plays it doesn't matter that much unless you're using gameflow.

Same with the other sliders. The most important for me is the RB1 and RB2. You want you #2 back in most cases to get about 1/3 of the carries. Some teams (Jets?) are 50-50.
