But This was awesome.. Here's the deal... I had forza 2... LOVED IT... But didnt get Forza 3 when it came out... GT. is new.. and is the only reason why Im even thinking of getting GT... THe only reason why Im still in limbo is the fact that everybody is giving GT high marks.. 8.5 IGN.. 8.5 here.. Which is pretty high..

Anyways I do appreciate the info.. And I think im going to go look for forza 3 Thanks again..

not a problem. I normally do not post such long info, but I thought it would help.
I dunno, I think that Forza Ultimate may give you more fun in the long run.
Again, I love GT too. I am just grinding away, trying to find a way to make money and get cars. Its very tough in the beginning. Also its kind of hard to get the point where you appreciate it because you have to play so long and so hard to get to the "premium" modeled cars.

For the record, GT does not suck.
I am one of those people that should say that it sucks because of the rough time I had with the other versions. I just think that I have matured over the years and realize that a normal game takes time and effort, but GT triples or quadruples that effort. It is not easy in the beginning. I think that they need to make it easier at the start and make it progressively more difficult. It would then be much more easy to sell to the mass market.
That being said, anyone that says it sucks is more than likely giving it a very short look.
GT is not a game that you can judge based on a little playtime or even a lot of playtime.
I am nearly complete with Forza and can give a much better view of the game, but I know enough to say that GT needs to be played for a long long time. You need to get to the premium content and try the different modes before you could ever say it sucks.
I also think that a real racing or car fan would not say that.
      GT's approach is just different.
