My buddy and I have recently jumped from Black Ops to BC and our stats/guns repeatedly reset to level 1 every hour or two. We are doing pretty well, and it's insanely frustrating to not be able to use certain classes at all after progressing nicely.

I've done some research, and this appears to be a chronic problem for the game. I know it's not universal because I'm getting killed by M14's and M16's. What gives? Any troubleshooting or prevention tips? We're playing on PS3.
