It's called Quick Match for a reason. If a person wants more control then they have other options right?

I guess if this is really an issue it seems the idea would be to punish the people causing it and not make the people who don't have to change.

Why not simply put a timer penalty on the offending party. If you start a quick match and then back out of it voluntarily you aren't allowed to do another QM search for 60 seconds or 2 minutes. Seems like that would curtail the people jumping in and out.
Ya know after reading through all the replies and originally thinking that locking in before you play would be best... I think this trumps it by a mile.

Really who wants to play an even more random game against the top 5 teams since no one will more than likely pick their "actual" favorite team.
