Unable to download

We just picked up the game yesterday and have had a number of downloading issues that I hoped someone might have a rememdy for.

When we turn the game on, it goes through the various load ups until it gets to downloading living rosters, it takes a minute or so and then we get hit with ``Sorry, but the roster couldn't be downloaded right now. Please try again later.''

We have gotten this message for the past 24 hours. We have also tried to download rosters on 2k Share but it continues to knock us off XBOX live without downloading the roster.

We have restarted our modem, unplugged it and plugged back in but neither fixed the issue.

Is anyone else dealing with this issue or have any ideas to help fix it? It would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.

I think some other guys might know better than myself, but I do believe 2K tends to have some server issues from time to time. I've noticed this most often while searching for rosters to download via keyword. It seems I have more success in downloading rosters by searching for them manually (sifting through files). I do not quite know as much about the Living Rosters issue.
