Any Memphis grizzlies gms advice?

I do a 2 team franchise one with the Indiana Pacers and the other with the Memphis Grizzlies. My ind team I'm working with I'm just going to stand pat for now no roster changes unless they do in real life. I'm Chicago guy so I know lil on Memphis but they have Conley Mayo Gasol Gay Randolph etc. I know Mayo on the block with the new 2 guard taking min. The nuggets did not want him in trade.. What does this team need to compete Zach has a huge contract Gay is good but limited and Conley is not a top 20 pg my thoughts. Are you guys making moves or going through the draft and free agency I want to build them thanks to anyone..

Im from memphis and love the Grizzlies! What I did in my association is I traded Mayo and Thabeet for Monta Ellis and a 2nd round pick. There was rumors about this trade last year and I just hate Mayos shot in the game so I traded for who I like.

I like Mayo really the Grizz have maybe the best young core in a small market. They have players at every pos and there young. I don't see getting rid of young talent Mayo or Conley etc.. They tried get Ellis before Warriors said noo lol.. Thanks for the advice though

I love the Grizz they have a very stacked team in my opinion. Randolph is an absolute monster in the low post and Gasol is one of the best young centers in the league. Seeing as they just gave Conley a big extension, in the interest of realism you should hang onto him. Gay is just awesome and only getting better. He's a scoring machine like Carmelo without the bitch attitude. With Henry coming up you can definitely trade Mayo, perhaps for another PF as Randolph is set to hit free agency and D. Arthur is more a of a role player than a starter. Good luck.

hey man i have a grizzlies association too.

like you, i didnt see conley as a championship winning pg. i also think in some ways the team is too offensively oriented. zach randolph isnt a great defender and players like rudy gay are more scorers than good defenders. so i have ended up getting rid of randolph and conley and also tony allen (who has a really hard release) and ended up getting Josh Smith, Eric Maynor and a draft pick which i used to pick up another good PG.

I agree with what you guys say Conley got the extension I play real to life as I can but he not elite and the NBA is full of pgs now.. There more asked to score and pass more than ever. Gay is good and is signed so he not going anywhere. Mayo and thabett lol man he just bad the center but Mayo I like over Henry just me.. Allen though does have a hard release agree. What kind of bench you guys have going?

The grizzlies are in cap trouble though zach and Marc require money be hard to manage this team down the road. Just standing pat isn't really a championship team really surprised Conley got the deal he did otherwise I move him and draft a pg

Trade zbo for mo williams... Trade gay for granger sign Murphy first off season... Trade draft picks for a sf
