Can someone please tell me why??????

why the computer keep deflecting all my passes just about to every person i pass the ball to. im tellin you, i have like 5 turnovers every quarter. i can't fast break cause if i do, ill have even more turnovers. someone help

Maybe use icon lead passing dont do risky passes like lead passes

their not risky. i been doin these same passes on every basketball game and i get this one and i get turnovers every play

I to can't get a inside pass without a tip and my pg gets another turnover I get mad I average 18 turnovers a game on decent passing..

go into the sliders and turn down "hands" (ability to deflect passes) and "play passing lanes" (players getting in front of the ball) for the cpu. this should limit your turnovers and give you a better chance of completing passes.

This is NOT your ORDINARY BASKETBALL GAME. This is NBA 2k11 dude. SIMULATION BASKETBALL at it's BEST.

dont want to sound overly critical but that's exactly where your flaw lies and where your problems with turnovers begin

this game has been completely rehauled in terms of the passing mechanics...you just have to be patient and make good passes(like REALLY good passes where there is no one within an arm's length to break the pass)....focus on angles and use icon passing

fastbreak passes are relatively easy if you close the distance between you and the defender that's between your player and your intended target...

It's just how they made the game. In past games people complained about all the backdoor passes, now they made the CPU deflect just about everything. You have to learn to deal with it because no matter how careful you are, some of those deflections will happen. It's just the game.

You can turn down the Play Passing Lanes slider and that will help some, but you'll still see some cheat steals.

everytime i pass the ball, i shouldnt have to do "lead icon pass". whateva happen to "lead passing"??? and far as fast break, i watch games everyday, i see one player throw the ball ova the lenth of the court to another guy and he dunk. welllllll on this game, if u throw the ball that far... with a good passer, he will either over throw him, the guy will catch it and some how step out of bounds or your pass gets tipped. stupid!

I always get a ton of turnovers, but it is usually from forcing things. The AI does choose weird pass types sometimes - lobs when you throw a bullet, bullets where they should be bounces, etc - but for the most part its our decision making.

For entry passes, if you see them overplaying, try curling further around to change the pass angle. It helps a lot.

i dont know man...im content with the passing mechanics of this game...i run my fastbreaks pretty efficiently...bounce pass, wrap-around pass, no-lookers(i mean all of these are done with timing and angles)...i have videos of a lot of fastbreaks on my arena if you want to check them out...

the only issue i have with turnovers in this game are due to the long range passes that your teammate does to get the ball to you up the court...it like literally overthrown and the game automatically makes my person try and get the ball thus resulting in a turnover against my player and not the passer just because i was near the sidelines...another gripe is the rebounding mechanics in which after your teammate grabs a rebound...he hands it off to you the split second after he pulls it down and my player's foot is still on the line...this happens because my player has yet to have time to reset my footing since most likely i'll also crash the board and land out of position and out of bounds....but still...the cpu teammates do these little things that cause your controlled player to get the turnovers

Ask yourself this question, would you make those passes in real life or do you see them in the NBA?

I don't know what kind of passes you are throwing, but you can't casually throw cross court passes or dump the ball to a post player across the court...it will get stolen or at least tipped.

Make smart passes, no cross court passing unless the guy is wide open.
