Way to do your homework there, very interesting statistics. He is having a amazing year and i do believe he is a superstar in the making barring any serious injury to derail his career. 1 thing the NBA season is a long one and he might burn himself out before seasons end playing at this pace and carrying this team on his back.

As long as the Clipper curse does not set in this team looks very promising with all the young talent in future years.

Yeah Kaman and Craig Smith's injury has been a double edge sword. Griffin has become the focal point inside and in turn has put up some monster numbers. However at the same time the Clippers are only running a 3 man rotation inside right now between D. Jordan, Griffin, and Ike Diogu. In turn forcing Grif to play heavy minutes. You could see fatigue was a factor in his last game against Portland. Not only was it the Clips 4th game in 5 nights but you also saw Griffin and Eric Gordon playing 44 minutes apiece.

They do have a lot of talent... I hope the Clippers try to build a contender around Griffin instead of driving him away like theyve done with so many other players in the past. Right now, they are definitely one of the most exciting teams to watch in the league.

He's rated an 85 in the newest roster update that came out per the 2K Insider, I think that's accurate as that's how I rated him anyways.

I think his strength and quickness need a boost. He seems slow and a bit weak in the post in 2K11 compared to real life.

I have to disagree with you with Blakes dribbling skills. Blake dribbling skills is above above average, better than most power forwards out their. Just look at some highlights. The man dribbled between his legs, faked one way than spinned to the hoop. And he also has a decent mid range game. I would rate him in the high 80s like an 88 or 87.

dude is creating a legend every time he steps onto the court. 30, 18 and 8 assists last night including a clutch go ahead 3 with 2 seconds on the shot clock in the last minute last night? .. wow.. i'm disappointed he didn't pick up a single assist in the 4th quarter though

Highlights arent the whole game.

Lamar Odom handles the ball as a PF and can facilitate the offense.

Dribbling moves going to the basket isnt same as overall handle.

88 means he's at the top of the key, shaking and baking the defense to create his own shot - REGULARLY.

He's NOT Hakeem Olajuwon.

You guys are just hating on Blake if you say he shouldn't be highly rated. Have any of you really watched him play? I have seen most of his games and he has it all. What can he do?

-Make bank shot mid rangers
-Dunk like crazy
-Rebound over anyone
-Post up against anyone
-Run a fastbreak
-Use smooth dribbling moves like a guard
-Finish with a soft layup on a fastbreak
-Finish with a quick assist on a fastbreak
.....and so on....he can do it all

to showcase his one bad game where somebody actually got the better of him, how did you miss it? </sarcasm>

it's not like aldridge isn't playing at an allstar level himself.

these are blakes numbers month by month though.

i'm not sure how somebody could argue against him right now with a straight face.
