Fielding sounds impressive. Hopefully, they can successfully pull it off. Too often baseball games are like fantasy baseball -- it doesn't matter how well a player can field his position.

Hopefully, they can cure the issue with the outfielders rocket arms as part of the overhaul.

I really like how he talks about the need for late inning substitution for a better fielder, with most games this doesn't matter.
