Put Uggla between Mac and J-Hey and you have a winner. Have to break up the lefties.

So Prado is in LF? We aren't really gonna have much of a defense this year...

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

Yeah, no one is really dwelling on it too much, but our defense is going to lose us a fair share of games next year.
        Now, more than ever

It did last year as well. Our defense hasn't been good for some time now. The last time I really consider to have a good defense was a young AJ in CF, Brian Jordan in RF, Gerald Williams in left, Chipper at 3B, Weiss at SS, Boone at 2B.

I wish there was this many Phillies fans on OS. Phillies thread is dead. Anyway, good luck to you guys this season. Hopefully Heyward breaks out this year and proves that he will be the stud that everyone thinks he will be.

              That was what, '99?

Honestly, I don't think Prado will be that bad in left.

And knowing Wren, if the defense isn't working after a while....then you know something will be done to fix it.

Yup...1999, the year we won our last Pennant. I personally think that while they are planning on moving Prado to LF, they also know he'll play a lot of 3B because they won't rely on Chipper to be able to go.

well, I think they rely on Prado to play 3B not because he won't be ready to go, but because Chipper is Chipper and will probably only be able to play 120 games anyway.

Is anyone going to any of the caravan dates this year?

Thinking about going Saturday in Montgomery. I would for sure go if it was better players, but a lackluster group unless you are a huge Huddy fan.

The list ain't that bad. I'll be going to one that is literally right down the road in Roswell. Should be decent with Heyward, Minor, Marek, Proctor, Fredi, and Linebrink.

Word from a buddy of mine at the stop in Birmingham today was that its hit or miss to even get to meet any of the guys or get a signatures. He waited in line for two hours before a PR guy from the Braves came and told them it was all over and to go home.

                          I think I'll pass...

How early did he get there? If you don't get there at least 2 hours early, you have no shot.

AWESOME! I don't think he's worn that look since 2002-2003...or at least since he came back to 3B from LF.
