I've searched the forums and around the net, and haven't been able to find any clear information about how staff improve/degrade over the years in Association.

My question: do the ratings (offense/defense/etc) go up based on potential? I've yet to see any changes in staff over two seasons. I have a feeling that the Teacher rating for coaches are important for off season progression.
