Padres Uniforms

The Padres have apparently waited as long as possible to announce their two new jerseys. Today they showed off their new camouflage uniforms and tomorrow, they will release their new road gray.

Hearing the #Padres will debut their 2011 road grey uniforms tomorrow during their annual awards dinner.

I was wondering if anybody had any insight whether or not the Padres managed to update their style guide BEFORE they are showing them off. The camo jersey wouldn't be too big of a deal to me, but the fact that they are going from sand to gray is a bit transition. I know it is very late, but I feel like the change is drastic enough to worry

Road gray, whoopie, I'm so excited to go from the unique sand color to the generic gray color.

What's next Moorad? Brick Red uniforms?

Wow, this is big news...at least for me. That would be cool if they made it in, but knowing how busy everyone is at SCEA I am not going to worry too much about it. I hope they look good....something to make them unique

That green hat was actually one of my favorite hats, even though it didn't really match the uniform.

Are those Camo Jerseys going to be their new home Jerseys or are they just a 3rd Jersey. Those are god awful. It be cool to wear maybe once to support the troops and maybe have some proceeds from ticket sales that day go to the troops, but to wear everyday at home BLAH!!!

I'm all for supporting the troops but those Army uniforms got to go!
Maybe if they had matching pants and cleated (is that a word?) boots it would look better........
