Re: Madden 10 current 2010-2011 roster v2 for Xbox360
I've tried 6 times following the instructions on this forum to a Tee (including all the renaming and deleting of the old file), but every time I try to load on the xbox it says "file appears to be damaged..." and won't load.
I know a lot of people have had this problem from what I've read, and I know some were able to load the file easily. Any idea why it's not working for me?
Thanks in advance, and I sincerely appreciate your hard work! -
Re: Madden 10 current 2010-2011 roster v2 for Xbox360
Sorry I'm a noob. The step by step instructions on these forums say to use both usbxtfagui and modio. Can I use Modio for ALL the steps?
And by extract the files before I inject, are u referring to the Roster files? If so, yes I have. I extract them onto the desktop, and I delete the old dummy Roster file before I inject yours (which I rename to match each other with Windows and Modio). Thanks for responding man. Very cool of you.Comment

Re: Madden 10 current 2010-2011 roster v2 for Xbox360
you can just use modio if you want. simply click the M in the top left > explore my device> file> open/close drive then just inject the file in the correct folder. And to extract files from the zip folder after downloading you need to right click and select extract all then you take the file and inject it in place of your dummy file.Comment

Re: Madden 10 current 2010-2011 roster v2 for Xbox360
I figured out the problem!
I needed to save my dummy roster on the Xbox with the same filename as the one I am replacing it with (i.e. your updated roster jan2011). Earlier, I was just making a generic name on xbox and changing it later to match with Modio, but turns out I have to have it match when I initially make the roster file on the xbox. Didn't know that haha.
Thanks so much for your help.
What's the difference between your file on this thread and the other one you created?Comment

Nothing is different. the mods could delete this one if necessary. I just didnt know how to change the file attachment on the other thread at first so i create this one, then after that i soon realized i could update the file.Comment

Re: Madden 10 current 2010-2011 roster v2 for Xbox360
Hi everyone, this is my first post.
Like many of you, I own Madden 10 and refused to purchase Madden 11 last year just to get roster updates. I was very excited to hear about this site, and I was hoping to get my rosters updated ASAP. But I'm having problems.
I went to the "Step By Step" Instructions page, but I can't even get to the first step. I also tried viewing the YouTube Video, but apparently it has been removed.
Anyway, my problem is that I can't save a roster file from the Madden Main Page to my USB drive. (which is the step before step one)
I can save a roster to the XBox hard drive no problem, but it acts like it doesn't even know the USB exists.
I know the USB is working fine, because it finds the music files on there fine.
Please Help!!Comment

Re: Madden 10 current 2010-2011 roster v2 for Xbox360
I tried following the Step By Step Guide, but I still can't get this to work.
First of all, the YouTube Video says it's been removed. Unless there is another link, there's nothing I can use to follow along with.
Basically, I'm stuck on the last step.
1. I downloaded a roster from Madden to my USB file
2. I then downloaded one of the rosters on this site
3. Using XTAF, I then extracted the Roster File from my USB and saved it to the desktop
4. Using Modio, I then pulled up the Profile ID and Device ID for the old and new Roster Files
5. Still using Modio, I copied and pasted the Profile/Devide IDs into the New Roster File, then hit the rehash/resign button.
6. Next, I delete the old roster file from my USB, leaving it blank.
So far...so good.
But this is where I get stuck and I'm unable to put the new file on my USB.
When I try to use XTAF, I have no idea what to do next. The instructions are VERY confusing.
I've tried clicking on Inject, Inject Folder, Extract, etc.
Nothing puts the file on my USB.
Please Help!!!!
