Best Low Prestige Pipelines?

I'm interested in doing a low-prestige school dynasty. What low prestige (* or **) have good pipelines? I know North Texas has Texas, Louisiana, and Alabama. Who else has good pipelines?

you create your own pipelines with at least 4 players on roster from that state.

I use Western Kentucky. They start with Tennesse, Georgia, Kentucky, and Florida

1* ULL starts with TX, LA, and FL.

I'm several years into my North Texas Dyn, but I don't think they start with AL.

San Diego St is a good team to start a * dynasty. I can usually get 15 -20 3 star recruits right out the gate with them.

Northern Illinois (2*) begins with at least Illinois and Florida. In my second year there I also have Michigan, Ohio, and Missouri, but I'm not sure if any of those are available from the start.

They also have a good running game from the get-go. It's been a fun school to play.
