It is no different than using roster from there. Download it, transfer it to your card / hard drive and play it.

The only drawback is the creator has to decide who to have human-owned. Many times all teams are human owned and if you didn't want that, they only way to change it is in the editor.

Give it a try and see what happens. Personally, I like all teams human owned.
