I would be willing to do all the pac-12 teams, We would need to set up new conferences, rating limits for recruits. We should also use the most up to date rosters that way veterans are rated correctly. Then set up a max ratting boost(probably like 2 to the players skills that effect his position) There shouldn't be much more than a 2 rating boost since all the guys who are actually good should be up to date in the current rosters that we would use. Send me a tell if any1 wants to lead a project that has good guidelines so creators dun favor there teams.

I'm already working on LSU's class right now. However, as far as the grading scale goes, I was thinking about doing it based on espn's number rankings and for JUCO prospects will do it based on Rivals star ratings that have been specified along with an additional 2+ to positional skills for every year since graduation. For example. Zach Mettenberger is a 4 star on Rivals and a JUCO prospect. I believe 4 star is 77? So, I will add 7 AWR and +2 to all QB skills for his Redshirt year at Georgia and for his JUCO year at Butler CC. Which will probably turn out to be like an 80~82. Something I can't stand about NCAA is only 70 roster spots are available when there are 85 scholarship athletes on the roster. Will have to work around this though with virtual attrition.

Sounds good. What current roster are you using tho? Also we will need some1 to kinda take charge to tell people when it is there turn to do the rosters and do the finishing touches/fixes for the teams.

The ESPN Rating sounds like a good idea for rating prospects (Except for Clowney, although he is a beast NO true freshmen should be rated a 95 ... i would put him at an 88) People may think ESPN rating's might look inflated, but when rosters get updated throughout the season its mostly rating bumps and not drops ... so most likely those rating would be on par with every1 else in my eyes.

I could do a couple teams FSU, Bama, and Florida are the teams i probably keep up the most with and would be able to do the best job on.

That sounds pretty good to me, however, i think there should be a little tweaking, First off awareness should be less than 80 for 5 star, less than 75 for 4 star, less than 70 for 3 star etc. I would also say all recruits should get some deductions because the lowest 5 star recruit is a 85 on espn.com and i have seen lower and not much higher while playing dynastys. So i would say all players with in espn 150 should get -2 overall Rest of 4 stars -3 and -4 to 3 stars and below. For instance lets take ray drew, hes a 85 on espn, so his rating wouldnt be better than 83 overall with more than 80 awareness. Also make sure you look at 40 time and use right speed. 88 is a good max rating.

That sounds like an excellent idea to me, and i think that would be very fair.

Yes we definitely need an awareness curve ... although i think we should drop awareness by 5 points from what you suggested ... so 5 star= 75 awareness, 4 star= 70 awareness, ect. just my opinion.

JUCOs: as we've seen in the past couple of seasons players coming out of Juco can make an immediate impact (ex. Cam Newton, Mt. Cody). So i would suggest a higher rating curve for these players because they have the potential to make a huge impact next season. For a more accurate rating we should use the Rivals Rating instead of stars because stars are not very specific. Here's my suggestion ...

Rivals Rating - Player Rating
          6.1 - 89
          6.0 - 87
          5.9 - 85
          5.8 - 83
          5.7 - 81
          5.6 - 79
          5.5 - 77
          5.4 - 75
          5.3 - 73
          5.2 - 71
          5.1 - 69
          5.0 - 67
          4.9 - 65

Unranked Players: If a player is rated 45 by ESPN, thats not necessarily their grade, instead that means they were not rated or evaluated by ESPN. Not to say these players will not do anything in college, buts its more than likely they would have been evaluated if they were thought to have the ability to be a highly recruited player. So i would say rate these players a 65 for players going to BCS Schools and 60 for non BCS schools. (This may not be the best way to do it but it would be more user friendly than switching between multiple sites for a grade on a guy, Feel free to suggest an alternative solution to this)

psn is cajunspice for anyone that needs to know. I have tweaked my current roster already to increase or decrease stats on teams that I follow. So, I will download a new roster before I start. LSU won't get done until tomorrow though because I have something ot do today
