Remembering the good ol' days of SCEA MLB on PS2 where they would give you a free hat if you enter a code online.

I went through some closets and found my old MLB 06: The Show hat with the Yankees name on it.

It was a pretty cool offer. I think they did it from MLB 06/The Show-MLB 07: The Show.

Surprise SCEA doesn't offer this anymore. I never wore it, but it was a pretty cool offer.

um yeah i still have my 07 A's cap, my 08 caps for the rockies, reds and giants and somewhere i have a red sox one too i think. i do where them out in publlic... why wouldnt you... i wear mine with pride. i acutally work at sony dadc here in Terre Haute, ind. so i know when it goes gold and gets to us for packaging.

that is a hard thing to do is see it being worked in our blue ray dept on llines and trying to sneak a peak at the manuals to get a heads up on some of the features that may be included but not told about...mmm should be pretty soon here where we start to package it... i would think mid of Febuary?

i love my hats and wear them with pride... Sony Pride...

Yep, still have my Red Sox(2006) and Cubs (2007) hats. These hats were crap though. Way too shallow, looks like they were made for a childs head. They also only had the team name written across the front, no team logos, just a MLB Show logo along the side. I can't say I actually ever wore them. For some strange reason I couldn't get a Jays hat, they weren't one of the available teams to choose from when ordering online.
