Can you play superbowl

Probably missing something here, under play now I see the super bowl, afl, and exhibition options. When I select superbowl the next screen shows cowboys and redskins. I would like to play the today's super bowl at Dallas. Is this possible?

Yeah. Switch the teams to Packers/Steelers. Works just like the Exhibition team select menu.

Yep just like above, just switch the teams. I have already done that simulating the game and I was the Packers and lost 59 to 52.

I hope they fix the defense because there was no way I should have scored anywhere near 50 on a Dick Lebeau Defense.

when i play a CPU vs CPU sim, the super bowl is played on the home teams field and the super bowl logo on the jersey is a logo u use for a created team. any fix?

i just simmed the superbowl yesterday and didnt have no problems was in dallas GB won 20-14. had some weird plays in it though being cmp vs cmp like the steelers 2 times in the redzone @ like 10 or 15 yard lines and instead of kicking fg's the cmp chose to go for it both times which 2 fg's would of tied the game up just didnt seem right.

go to play now, like an exhibition game. Don't go with the XLV option. Play the game in dallas at 415, close the dome but in setting change presentation to Super Bowl and there you go.

no problem, i do this every year. It's like a tradition between me and my old college room mate to sim the super bowl on madden the day of the game.

Nor should the Steelers have put up 59 on a Dom Capers defense
