When the previewer is talking about the hitting camera, does he really mean a fielding cam? I'm confused....

Game is looking good right now. No videos is kinda worrying, but hopefully it turns out great. The previews so far are making it seem very good.

Once again, I'm loving what I'm hearing. If they've slowed down the way the animations play out, I have no doubt this game will look really nice in motion.

I"m with you on this. I love create-a-team in baseball so much, that I would actually blindly purchase 2K11 just for it...lol...even without the other nice-sounding changes.

I know this may sound funny or not enough proof, but when I saw that one high light video where the runners slow down to the base, that look as real as I have ever seen before, so I think the animation are going to be really sweet. But I am excited about commentary and MLB Today. I love hearing about the pitch count idea.

I agree about the speed of play. One of my dislikes of this game last year (of a few) was how FAST the game played.

Also, has anyone heard if there will be option of 100% player control of fielders?

Slow the game down a touch, but let ME be the one to make the reaction... There's really no "manual" fielding in this game is it's about 90% CPU generated assistance. This needs fixed...

From all the previews so far, fielding will need some getting use to as the mechanic has been changed this year. The user will be more in control.

The more I read about 2K11, the more it sounds like a contender for The Show... should be interesting to see how the 2 compare..

VC is taking a very confident tone with MLB this year, more so than 2K9 and 2K10. It tells me the team actually has a product to be proud of (and to brag about).

Sorry, guys -- I thought I made it pretty clear in the article, but the camera changes I'm talking about concern the viewing angle after the bat hits the ball, not the view in the batter's box.

Great job so far with the previews so far Samit. Quick question. How fluid did the game look during your time with the game? How was the Frame rate? Also how was the game.speed animation wise. Thanks

Looking forward to this game's release...I traded in my PS3 in hopes that this year would be the year that 2k competes with MLB, and so far...I'm liking what I hear....I just hope front office stuff is tweaked and makes the franchise mode enjoyable.

That makes sense. Thanks for clearing that up, man.

Better than the first time I saw it a few weeks ago. A lot of the herky-jerky animations are gone, since there's better blending. Frame rate is fine; no issues there.
