Chicago has not beaten the Knicks this year.

Knicks lost on a last second shot to Boston and lost in Boston early in the year.

They got whooped by Orlando and have split with Miami.

If they match up with any of those teams...it should be a good series.

That's what most of us want anyway, right?

Yo why was Lebum hogging the end of the game? Wade and Bosh are not an option? He is the most big headed player in this sport. You are on a team, never forget that Lebum.

So excited for the Knicks. The arena was full of migrant New Yorkers. It seemed like the place was 50/50 heat knicks.

Mr throw in was Mr clutch yet again. He may be the key peice of that trade that no one gave credit for. He is balling better than Felton easily. And my man Walker on Bron wasn't half bad.

Carmelo cant play defense right? He was doing work. The Knicks need to capitalize on this game and make defense a focal point. For the love of God Dantoni please keep this going.

And the Stat smash was the most exciting part of the game. Lebron failing is a win for the World.

I may be a little excited right now forgive me

What the 2007 Warriors taught me. If a conference team is unable to beat a team during the regular season, why think it'll change in the playoffs regardless of seeding.

Is there any NBA playoff history in a series where a conference team where they went 0 for the regular season but beat the same team in a playoff series

Kirk Hinrich looks like like 'that dude' in pickup games that wears too many accessories.. arm sleeves, leg sleeves, protective glasses.. all he needs is a headband

            I'm sure there probably is.

I mean between injuries and trades, we may be able to overlook it (Boozer, Noah, Felton/Gallo, etc.).

            Just stating the facts.

So the guy that averages 7 assists a year suddenly doesn't pass the ball? Come on, man.

Just make sure it's understood that were not taking about NBA Finals matchups. the fact that there's only 2 meetings waters it down considerably

Most definitely, and I didn't mean to say otherwise. The thing is out of those 4 teams, they've only played Miami post-Melo trade, so we still have to see how they handle the other 3.

Personally I think they'll beat Orlando if they're matched up with them and as long as Dwight doesn't miraculously embody prime Shaq, but it still remains to be seen how they do against Chicago and Boston with this new look.

Truth. An article dated January 28th, 2011 from ESPN said that Kobe was 36 for 115 (31.3%) on shots with the criteria of "Trailing by one or two points, or tied, in the final 24 seconds of regular-season and playoff games since 1996-97, with a minimum of 30 shots." By comparison, LeBron was 23 for 69 (33.3%). The leaders are Melo (21 for 44, 47.7%) and Chris Paul (14 for 31, 45.2%). Honestly have no idea why that dude brought up Kobe to begin with. I love people...

Who is talking about the year? Who is talking about averages? In the context of this game, more specifically the end, he wasn't in pass mode. He didnt even consider.
He forced a layup with time on the clock, and forced a three ball trying to have a Jordan moment.

In that context he wasn't even thinking about maybe driving to open up a pass or taking the in bound and looking for a better option.

Why the defense of Lebum? You always come out the bushes to save the man's rep.

He actually turned in a good game. You meant to say Wade this time. It seems when one of the three tires is broke, they fail...or when they play a decent team. They smash every average to bad team in the world and lose to the decent to good ones. That leads to good season records and failure playoff experiences...

You know it's not too late for the best coach for the team to pull a power play. Remember what he did to Van Gundy in 2006
