This likely isn't going to happen. When TeamBuilder was initially announced and discussed, it was stated by (I think Adam) that there isn't enough free memory on either console, considering everything else that must be loaded at any given point, to allocate space for TeamBuilder assets (not only logos, but generated field textures, uniform textures, helmet textures, etc.) of 120 TeamBuilder teams at once.
Unfortunate for some, but it is what it is.
