The voting gives them all a cover, maybe? The Top 2 get PS3/360, 3rd gets PS2, and Jake Locker will get PSP.

As a Sooners fan, I voted Murray but I'd be very surprised if he's on the cover.
      Ingram will win.

Same in my Dynasty. It's getting lame.

        Hey Alex

As your idea about the cover was shot down, are you given more liberty to improve RTG or must you just take what's there and go from there.

In other words, have they allowed you to put some "WOW" into that Mode, because it gets stale very quick.
Really no way of earning your attibutes, they're just randomly given.
Then you basically go into a Coach Mode that consist of some plays and mostly Simualating.

MadSkillz argument to Fame is "Scrambling QB".
Another guy is "Dreads, Dreads, Dreads".
My argument to Fame is "Maxed Out Game Engine"

Will see if you were given the liberty to take it to another level or told to tweak what's there.

First Take was already on this morning. Was there any news besides the cover candidates? Was the game even on the show?

I'm from Texas. IMO Andy Dalton should replace LOcker. Its not about NFL draft status. It's about the last college season. Murray? No way. PP7 or DaQuan Bowers for defense representation. Something that this game lacks.

              Hi Alex,

It is great to see you on the boards. I think I can speak for the rest of the community when I say we look forward to your effort this year. NCAA 11 was the best game of the "next gen" titles and a huge step in the right direction. It is good to know that EA seeks the feedback from the fans. That says a lot of about your team and the company as a whole. Welcome!

Nick Fairley is the guy for your cover this year!

im not sure if this mentioned yet. scroll down the website page & look at the teambuilder pic. air force running the air raid, akron running the option? akron is highlighted. it says use this as your base playbook. maybe this is a sign of custom playbooks... hmmm sneaky, sneaky EA.

Just did some observations on the ESPN new college football theme and stuff. and i looked further at the background on the NCAA Website. Looks just identical. IDK if its gameday, I think its just the new college football theme and stuff. Im hoping for gameday just like you guys are. Im not making any assumptions. just observations. Cant wait for the first Blog.

Straight garbage that Cam isn't an option, but he got the Heisman, an SEC Title, and the National Championship so a video game cover probably falls a bit lower on the wish list.

That being said, I will be voting for Big Nick every day until the deadline.

EA probably didnt want Newton from an "image" standpoint. All the baggage Newton had this year, EA didnt want to take a marketing chance on him.

Try to justify Locker and Murray being on the list, and not Peterson, and then we'll talk about Cam

It SHOULD be Cam, Peterson, Ingram, Murray

Have to have a West Coast guy in there for obvious reasons.

Fairley deserves to be on there as much as anyone. Best defensive player in America this year (yeah yeah...I know...Peterson...I hear ya). Fairley was "Suh like" in 2010 and there should be more defensive representation on the Covers.

Cam Newton: OMG no way should he be considered!
Nick Fairley: anybody that plays as dirty as he does shouldn't be considered.
Jake Locker: I am not sure why he is even being considered, an average player at best.
De Marco Murray: I think he would be a great choice
Mark Ingram: Probably the best choice
