Mario Chalmers. It's very unrealistic but he developed a lot for me and hardly even played. He went up 4 after the first year, I had to edit him back down as I know we won't progress that fast in real life.

Can't see why Trevor Ariza gets a big gain, he has hit his ceiling. Same with Andrew Bynum to some degree.

Jrue Holiday developed a lot for me and is a great young PG, as I watch him in real life.

Can't see why Trevor Ariza gets a big gain, he has hit his ceiling. Same with Andrew Bynum to some degree.

Ariza is only 25 and he is a great perimeter defender. His shot is ok but he's never been a reliable scorer but he is a great young defender. If you think Bynum has hit his ceiling you're nuts. The kid has so many post moves its not even funny. His only if for getting better is injury. If he stays healthy he and Howard are the two best centers in the league
