    Strikezone

Just wondering how many use the strikezone overlay when battting and those that dont, I find I can see the ball better without it, so I turn it off !!!

      Re: Strikezone

Last year I played with it off the entire time in franchise mode. This year I might leave it on, though, due to the variable strike zone. I like seeing pitches hit the corners and not knowing how they're gonna be called.

Now if I could just get rid of the flash and all the wording and graphics as the ball crosses the plate...

Always turn it off, same with pitching. I just like exhaling when I think something nipped the corner and it's called a ball!

I like it off. I find it easier to keep my eye on the ball when it's off, and the hitter's eye stuff distracts me.

I always played with it off in 2k10, and probably will in 2k11 though I might play my first few games with it on.

Aesthetically, I like it off. But I really did like the Hitter's Eye last year, so I turned it back on. Would be nice if they could do Hitter's Eye with the strike zone off.

I turn it off. It makes it easier to see the ball & hit.

I keep it off - on a related note, I have my fingers crossed that there is an option to turn off the ball cursor when pitching.

I'd love to see that as well.

                        Re: Strikezone

I like it on because it goes away pretty quick and I can see the strike zone. I've always been able to filter it out and concentrate on the ball.

There hasn't been since 2K8 or so. I have no idea why they removed the frickin' option, but it would be a godsend to reinstate it. Seriously, how hard is it to have that in the game?

I have won like 25 Super Bowls in Madden so I am kinda a big deal.

Agreed, especially when it's already there for 2 player games.
