If we are talking from a team standpoint it is the southwest division and it isn't close. They have the team with the best record in the league and every team in the division has .500 or better record. Every other one has at least one team with less than a .300 winning percentage and all of them except the northwest have at least two teams with a losing record. If we are talking about from just an idividual players standpoint I would still say the southwest but the gap from this standpoint is closer.

I ment individual talent on each team, if it was by best teams as a whole it's the southwest by a longshot, going by individual talent I believe southeast and southwest and pacific is very close behind
