My personal perspective, the ratings go from 12-99 (I don't know why it doesn't go from 1-99) but really nobody is rated below a 50 in anything related to their position, and no players are rated below a 50 overall (I think but you get my point).
My point, spread out the ratings, have 35 overall rated players or 12 overall players and actually spread out how the players are rated even more. Make it where people are starting 55 OVR player, I know you just tweaked the ratings a couple years ago, do it again. Make a 99 mean something in relation to 88 especially when and 88 now should probably be closer to a low 70 or even less.
There are tons of other things I can say but this is the only things with the roster on subject.
