I started up my rtts player and I went to buy some points and it says it's locked. So I quit the game and go to the playstation store and there I'm able to buy points. So I load the game back up and the $5 I spent in the playstation store is nowhere to be found in the game. And yes I did buy the points because I have the emails they sent me saying I did so. Any help where the mysterious 5000 points went? Thanks

I'm curious as to why I could buy them from the store then if they aren't usable. Also once I bought them from the store I went back to my rtts mode and it wasn't locked anymore. So I spent $5 just so I could use the feature? something doesn't seem right about thisComment

Same Here. I have a refund coming because playstaion support has no idea why the points were not added to my rtts profile.
We even went over the whole procedure online with them and they couldnt get it to work.
Hopefully after I get the 5.00 refund I will try again in a few weeks when its all worked out with them.Comment

If you purchase your points from the store go back into your RTTS and at the bottom next to the envelope is a dollar symbol click that and it will tell you the you have credit. Found it after I purchased the stadiumsComment
