There is another guy that jumps over the car too. Like if this guy jumped over the car with a in between the legs dunk. At Blake could of done something a little more.

But if this guy took the risk. Blake could of taken it too.

Also guys... everyone hear knows that Blake Griffin couldn't get a smaller car. The car he got was an NBA offical car. This kid in the video could of got any car he wanted. Blake Griffin was locked into this car.

This kid did more with it (between the legs) though, AND actually jumped OVER the car. Blake landed on the car after dunking. Convertible or not, this one was definitely more impressive.

In my opinion all of blake griffin dunks were weak. Literally all of them were basic dunks. The whole contest felt ridged.

Well yeah, we all knew he jumping over the hood. What I mean is jumping over the hood is about the same as jumping over the convertible. But Griffin didn't even do that (something that bugged me when he did it). The car was parked under the rim which meant he had to hold on the rim and then come down on the hood of the car. This kid literally jumped OVER the car. That's what I didn't understand... why not park the car in a way that he can jump over it and land on the other side. It's not like Griffin doesn't have the hops to do that.

Cause if you mess up you run the potential of a serious injury and when it's Blake Griffin no way you risk that.

It's a dunk contest. That's why the big names stopped competing, which is the proper safety precaution if you're worried about that. In other words, if you're worried about "messing up" and getting hurt then don't do the dunk at all.

You realize that if you remove the car, he just did a dunk he probably does once or twice a game, right? If you're going to jump over a car then jump over a freakin car. That car would've gotten called for a foul for being inside the circle. Really wasn't impressive at all.

Exactly wwharton!!... I watch a lot of the X games. These guys push the envelop every year. If your going to bring a car out. You better jump over it. Or at least do some crazy dunk near it. That 2 hand stuff. Is weak. Another great wwharton brings up. Why would hold on to the rim and stand on the car? Its like the whole reason Dwight Howard never held the rim on his dunk attempts.

I only really liked his first dunk atempt that he missed, where he twisted his whole body mid air in a weird way. That one would've been great.
