              8:00 PM ET, November 8, 2010
              The Pavilion, Villanova, PA

VILLANOVA, Pa. -- Muscala had 20 points and 9 rebounds, hitting a pair of clutch buckets down the stretch in front of 6,500 Wildcat fans who couldn't believe what they were witnessing as Bucknell shocks #21 Villanova Wildcats 69-60 on Thursday night.

"This was ordinary for him, and that's the highest compliment of what he does. You drop him in any place, any playground, any place in the world and he'll put up 20 points and 9 rebounds," Bison coach Dave Paulsen said. "That's what he does for a living."

The teams best shooter Bryson Johnson was only 2-6 behind the three point line with 8 points and 3 rebounds. Cameron Ayers scored 10 from the bench and added 2 assists and 2 steals.

Corey Fisher had 14 points and 8 assists for the Wildcats. Mouphtaou Yarou added 8 points and 8 rebounds. Corey Stokes had 10 points before he left the game with an ankle injury early in the first half.

The schedule wont get easier for the Bison as they square off against another Big East opponent this time #23 Marquette Golden Eagles in Milwaukee this coming Sunday.

Good luck with the 4 team legacy. That is a huge task to take on. I am a big fan of Northern Colorado. I have run multiple legacies with them. E. Lloyd is money.

DES MOINES, Iowa -- Ray Jones Jr. scored 18 points Friday as Southern Utah defeated Drake 57-51 in season opener.

Matt Massey added 16 points and 9 rebounds for the Thunderbirds (1-0), who shot 46 percent from the field and 14 of 15 from charity stripe.

Ryan Wedel had 17 points and two steals for Drake (0-1).

Southern Utah jumped out to a 19-9 lead with 9:45 left in the first half and carried a 27-17 advantage into the intermission.

The Bulldogs pulled within one point with less then a minute remaining in the second half when Seth VanDeest and Ryan Wedel hit jump shots. But a 3-pointer by Jordan Weirick pushed Southern Utah's lead back to 4, and Jones Jr. hit two free throws with seconds left to secure the victory for Thunderbirds.

Southern Utah outrebounded Drake 33-24 but shot just 33 percent from the 3-point range and committed 8 turnovers.
