How much you want to bet that the players could be tackled by their dreads?

Just Kidding You would lose if you took that bet, that will probablly never happen in a game

Same good looking piece of crap game as it has always been. I will not buy into the hype until I see the trenches and alot other simple aspects of football fixed.

With the addition of dreads and other Hairstyles, I wonder will EA "unglue" the helmets from the player's heads. Like in post-game things. ( Bowl/game/ championship celebrations and such)

Was #52's helmet in the game last year? It doesn't look familiar to me.

              1. Worrying about what kind of hair-style is in the game, concerns me for the generation of video-gamers. Who gives a frick what kind of hairstyle is in the game, especially those god awful looking dred locks.

              2. I hope this isn't the extent of the "massive" overhaul EA is starting to spoon-feed us. There is still linebackers jumping 20 feet, defensive ends playing like pansies and quarterbacks still have deadly accuracy and plenty of cheese spread in the game.

Let's fix real issues, and stop worrying about hair.

One word. Excited. Now we wait for the rest of the info to come pouring in.
"When you rich you don't write checks."
                "How you pay man?"
                "Huh?"
"If you don't write checks how you pay these guys?"
                "Straight cash homie."

There will be another video and a new photo tomorrow.
"The answer will officially be posted tomorrow at 3pm EST on the official "NCAA Football 12" site along with a video that explains some of the enhancements made to the game... Be on the lookout for another EXCLUSIVE screen here on the NCAA Football 12 Facebook page tomorrow morning."
So I am anxious to see what else is there that we didnt mention.

Cool, dreads... To bad EA still probably won't put out a game that plays like football. This is their chance to shine with the NFL going through all this mess.

Oh and one other thing, for all you people saying "who cares about dreads", were you also the same people who thought it was just fine when all the players wore #88 on the field and were white? Were you also cool with there being no commentary and just beeps and boops because after all, commentary doesn't affect game play.

Get real, yes it's maybe a minor thing for some folks (and major for others) but it's a STEP FORWARD in getting the look of the game right. And for those of you crying about how dreads and long hair "took away from fixing the real issues", news flash for you - THE ART TEAM DOES NOT WORK ON GAME PLAY ISSUES!!!!!!!!!!. EA has come in here and said it time and time again but you people either bury your heads in the and and keep up with your ridiculous arguments or else you simply only poke your heads in here to whine and moan about some new flaw you found.

Also, for those of you who seem indifferent, I think you'll see when you get the game just how much it can really serve to make the game look less like a clone factory, as it does now, and more like a real NCAA game.

Very nice dreads finally been in ncaa football. It looks good right now. But gameplay will say it all when the time come. But sometime in the next month I will start reserving both ncaa 12 and madden 12 like I do yearly. Can wait for the info to start flowing from both developing teams in the next week or 2. Let it begin. Can't wait.

Amazing looking screen... love the dreads, the grass, the dirt on the unis, the lighting.

                                Very cool stuff.
