Would love to see Peyton Hillis on the cover. I feel like too many of the choices are just one hit wonders. Danny Woodhead had a good year but he could just as easily disappear forever.

Phil said last week that teaser video would be available early next week. Today, he said they are aiming for tomorrow pending on approvals.

The big Monday news also mentioned "you all are involved." That could only mean we have a choice on who belongs on the cover.

Well..........I guess so. I just wouldn't have called it "big, and reassurring."

Whatever the case....I'm a Madden fan and I'm intrigued to see these new features announced. I'm hoping for some nice additions this year.

With the hype he gets, Tebow could be the first and last ever backup QB on the cover (if this is in fact decided through fan vote).

The guy has the number 1 selling jersey and played in 3 games full time and like 4 other plays of the season before that.

I think this is a nice little win for the marketing folks. I never care about who is on the cover, but their decision to present the choice in bracket format got me to actually vote on each match up.

I agree with those who say that to a large extent the "fix" is in. An executive decision has probably already limited the potential winners to a certain 5 or 6 guys.
