I know your coaches stats affect how well your players develop as does how often you train them, their age, and other stuff. but i have some players that never improve and some that rarely improve. i was just wondering if there was a thread on here about (1) how the training and development of players work, (2) how to get 99 overall stat players, (3) is there any way to make your Special Teams Coach any better

Also i know some stats never change so i was wondering (4) which stats don't change, (5) which of these non changing stats are needed for each position

Thank for any help or links to other threads, i just found this game and so far am loving it
