I'm wondering if anyone knows of a website where there is a detailed Franchise guide? I know most of the basics, but I am wondering how some of the features impact my players and prospects. Scouting for example is very confusing to understand. I realize that I can hire scouts, and choose which areas to scout but there seems to be more that I am missing. Anyways, if anyone knows of a good Franchise guide could you please send me the link

There's a very good FAQ that can be found in the PS2 version of MLB the Show 2007 on Game FAQs. It's called the Franchise Management FAQ. There's a lot of good information in there, although it is a bit dated.Comment

Here you go. Yes, it's from 2007 and the PS2 version, but most of this has stayed the same over the course of the series.
