After a shaky start for V. Collier, throwing 2 picks in the first quarter, he connects with B. Prince(#13) for a 41 yard bomb on 3rd and 25. But later in the 2nd quarter Prince would severly strain his back catching his 2nd touchdown and will be out for the rest of the season.


The Spartans showed how explosive their offense was when on the next drive, after Prince's first touchdown, D. Burnette(#29) took it 71 yards to the house.


J. Long(#87) stepped up after Prince went down catching a nice pass in the back of the end zone that would give the Spartans the lead early in the 4th.
